HEC Overseas Scholarship 2024 [MS/MPhil Leading To Ph.D.] key details:

Applicants must be Pakistani or AlK nationals.
For PhD scholarships, candidates must hold a minimum qualification of MS/MPhil/ME or equivalent (18 years) before the closing date.
For MS/MPhil scholarships in Engineering Technology, candidates must have at least 16 years of education and should be registered with the National Technology Council (NTC), Pakistan.
Only one 2nd Division is allowed throughout the academic career before the final degree.
Candidates must maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 in the semester system or obtain a 1st Division (in the annual system) in their MS/MPhil/ME/Equivalent degree.
