Here are the Importance Of Afghan Students Scholarship:

Scholarship Criteria:

  • Scholarships are given based on how well students have done in their studies.

Agreement with the Pakistan Government:

  • Students who get the scholarship will promise to finish their education and go back to Afghanistan after studying in Pakistan.

Selection Process:

  • They choose students based on their grades, a test by HEC, and an interview.

Previous Scholarships:

  • If you already got a scholarship from HEC or the Pakistan government, you can’t apply.

Qualification Requirement:

  • Students need to have finished their studies before the closing date to apply.

Foreign Qualifications:

HEC Overseas Scholarship 2024 [MS/MPhil Leading To Ph.D.]

HEC Overseas Scholarship 2024 [MS/MPhil Leading To Ph.D.] key details:

  • Applicants must be Pakistani or AlK nationals.
  • For PhD scholarships, candidates must hold a minimum qualification of MS/MPhil/ME or equivalent (18 years) before the closing date.
  • For MS/MPhil scholarships in Engineering Technology, candidates must have at least 16 years of education and should be registered with the National Technology Council (NTC), Pakistan.
  • Only one 2nd Division is allowed throughout the academic career before the final degree.
  • Candidates must maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 in the semester system or obtain a 1st Division (in the annual system) in their MS/MPhil/ME/Equivalent degree.
  • Maximum age limits on the closing date:
    • 40 years for full-time regular faculty members of public sector universities/colleges and employees of public sector R&D organizations registered with the Pakistan Council for Science & Technology (PCST).
